clients are asked to check in at the Reception Area
at least 15 minutes prior to scheduled appointment.
If you have any questions or concerns about your treatment,
please feel free to speak to your Technician or Therapist.
Please be assured that proper draping techniques are
utilized at all times.
Scheduling & Cancellation Policy
All
treatments at Anü Day Spa are reserved and selected
specifically for your needs, based on availability.
A major credit card or gift certificate is required
to hold your appointment. In order to best accommodate
all of our guests, we appreciate a 24-hour notification
for any changes or cancellations. We regret that a
lack of notification will result in full billing of
your scheduled service(s).
Payment & Refund
Anü
Day Spa accepts cash, debit and all major credit cards.
Cash and charge refunds are not given, however, spa
credits will be offered within 7 days of purchase
of service or products.
Gratuities
If
you are pleased with the services you have received,
it is customary to give a 15% to 20% gratuity to each
of your service providers, however, gratuity is at
your discretion. Gift certificate purchases for services
will automatically include gratuity.
